Don
M. Carnahan
Renton, Washington
As
director of market development for Laidlaw Education
Services, Don has nearly 40 years' experience in
transportation.
He served as a teacher and administrator in Renton
School District, and spent 22 years in the Department of
Education in the State of Washington. Don was president
of the National Association for Pupil Transportation,
the National Association of State Directors of Pupil
Transportation, the Washington Traffic Safety Education
Association, served on the Board of Directors of the
American Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association
and the Pupil Transportation Safety Institute.

Thomas
R. Cellitti
Elmhurst, Illinois
As the vice president of International Bus and Truck
Corporation, Tom is the general manager of one of the nation's
largest school bus manufacturer. Having been with
International since 1975, he has been a driving force
in the production of "green diesel technology,"
delivering environmentally-friendly school bus engines six
years ahead of a national proposal. Tom is a board member of
the Pupil
Transportation Safety Institute, the
National Association of Pupil Transportation and the American
Transportation Corporation. |

Ed
Donn
Calhoun, Georgia
With nearly 40 years experience in the education field, Ed
served as the director of transportation for districts in
Maryland and Georgia. He has been elected president of the
National Association of Pupil Transportation twice in his
career, and has also been president of the Georgia and
Maryland State organizations. A consultant on pupil
transportation issues to school board associations, Ed was
inducted into the NAPT Hall of Fame in 2001.

Robert
Pape
Long Island, New York
With over 25 years experience in the industry, Robert is the
past president of the National Association for Pupil
Transportation. Working for the past 19 years as director of
transportation for the Lawrence Public Schools, he has also
served as a board member of the New York State Association for
Pupil Transportation as well as first president of the Pupil Transportation
Safety Institute. He has served as a delegate on the National
School Bus Standards Conference in 1985, 1990, 1995 and 2000, and is
consulted regularly on pupil transportation safety issues across the
United States. |

Carroll
Pitts
Marietta, Georgia
As
the executive director of transportation for the Cobb County
School District, Carroll supervises one of the largest school
transportation operations in the state. He is a past president
of the Georgia and South Carolina Associations for Pupil
Transportation, past President and Board member for the
National Association for Pupil Transportation. Additionally,
he chairs the Georgia State Patrol Educational Training
Committee and the School Bus Chassis Writing Committee for the
National Conference on School Transportation. |
